| Qualifications | Prepare user documentation to the correct quality and price and in accordance with in-house UD templates and master files. Give input to, and review planning own work in the project E-plan and PPM-tool. Participate in the process of generating Master Document Register (E-plan) for new projects. Review UD prepared by sub-suppliers to ensure consistent layout, quality and content and be prepared to review internal UD to the same level (created by in-house writers). Report work progress to manager or commissioning party. Assist the with documentation input in tenders; defining UD scope. Develop and maintain the UD templates, standards and product master files. Work together with the other technical authors in the documentation group to ensure consistency and correct quality in the UD across product departments. Propose modifications to general product documentation in order to simplify the documentation structures. |

| Preferred Skills | • Have a technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant technical background. • Experience in writing user documentation within the oil & gas industry, preferably within well access systems or rig operations. • You are responsible and with good communication and co-operation skills. • Fluent in English language. • SAP, TCE and E-plan knowledge. |
